Returns: No returns accepted without prior written authorization (RMA). No returns accepted after thirty (30) days. Returns for non-defective merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee. A credit/refund (less freight charges) will be issued after merchandise is received and inspected for damage or wear.
Damages: All merchandise iscarefully packed for shipment. Our liability ceases when the freight carrier accepts the merchandise. Carefully inspect merchandise before accepting. Where damages occur, refuse to accept the shipment unless the freight carrier notes the extent of the damage on the bill of lading.
