Here is the GrillCraft MX Series Lower mesh grille kit 3pc for the Scion TC Part# TOY-1873 or Part# TOY-1871 1pc Lower center only available in silver and black powder coated finishes.

Our project Scion TC in need of a GrillCraft custom grille.

Open the hood and remove the plastic clips as shown.
Picture #4:
Remove the rubber stop as shown.
Picture #5:
Remove the plastic clip using a screw driver.
Picture #6:
Remove the 10mm bolt in the fender well area.
Picture #7:
Peel the front section of the splash shield back as shown.
Picture #8:
Remove the screw that are located behind the splash shield.
Picture #9:
Remove the bolt located on the under side of the bumper lower corners.
Picture #10:
Remove the bolts located on the under side of bumper front section.
Picture #11:
Pull bumper cover forward and it will come off the vehicle.
Picture #12:
Place the lower grille in from the front side of the opening. Hold firmly in place against stock plastic grille insert and mark mounting tab center holes.
Picture #13:
Drill 3/16 holes for the mounting screws.
Picture #14:
Remove factory plastic grille insert. This will no longer be needed.

Place lower grille into opening once again.
Picture #16:
Attach lower grille with supplied hardware.

Note: "Flat" nut on the backside of the bumper.

Next lets install the OPTIONAL: side vent griles. Remove plastic side vent inserts.

Place vent grille into opening and mark the side pin location.

Drill 3/16 hole for side pin.
Picture #21:
Mount side vent in opening and mark mount tab center hole location.

Drill 3/16 hole for mounting screw.

Place mounting screw into the tab as shown.

Place vent grille in place and fasten.

Fasten side vent grille in place.
